Love is worth the pain

by Dustin Dillard   Aug 17, 2006

One day soon I might go insane,
I'm with the girl of my dreams but it's hard to maintain.
It should be flat, smooth terrain, but since day one it's been like an inclined plane.
When two people are in love you just want it to remain.
I ask god why it's so hard but as usual he never explains.
we try not to fight we try to refrain.
I know it gets hard but we still sustain.
I'm young and in love I don't need chest pain.
I won't give up until the life I want with her I obtain.
Once it's like that I won't say another word I'll never complain.
being with her right now is a physical and mental strain.
Even if it got a hundred times worse she's worth the pain.
I've told everyone before but I'll say it again.
I love her and I'll be with her forever until the end.
