As You Wait For Me

As you wait for me
I am already going to class
When I was at my locker, I did not see you
So I went ahead to my third hour class

Im sorry I did not tell you
My locker number, that didid not cross my mind
Because, I was too happy to asked you something
Because, I did not know, when you are going to asked;

I do not want it to be to late in life
For one of us to ask this question
I want it to be rather special and different
Do not want it be like everyone else

I do not know how hard
It is to write to a girl but, I know how hard
It is to write a poem about someone I really like
It happens to me before, when I used to like a boy in Salem

We knew each other for awhile but,
He did not feel like dating me or anything
Just be friends and nothing else, I guess
Took me for awhile to get over him

I have memories of him and I riding four wheelers
Theres was one time, that Eli, Logan, and I was
Riding four wheelers at my sisters house and Elis dads land
I was on the back of Elis four wheeler, riding with him

We were hiding from Logan and we were in the woods
Eli was trying to turn around, Until I told him, Watch out for that Tree, behind us; He asked, Whos driving? In a comic tone. Then he said, he is.
I thought it was pretty funny about it; Probably it was better to be Friends.

Now lets talk about what I was talking about in the beginning of this song/poem of mine to yours;
When Megan told me at lunch, what you did (waiting at the wrong locker)
I was playing basketball, and I felt bad, that I forgot to tell you
My locker information and Alicia said, How Sweet.

I thought about that all day, even on the way home on the bus ride
I thought about it for the entire thirty-five minutes I was on the bus
Never could let those words, leave my mind
I felt so bad, that I forgot to tell you that information, so you know where to wait for me, after second period was over;

As you wait for me
I was already in Government and wondering about you
That I did not see you at my locker and I
Forgot to tell you my locker number but, it is #264.
