No Cure

by Tripp   Aug 24, 2006

A short one...I wrote one today, and the lines to this one were hovering on my thoughts as I wrote the other. just read and comment

There's no cure, for my disease
but it's inside me, and breathes
people can tell I have some confliction
it's not mental, a physical infliction

Eating me away from the inside out
each step forward, is a step of doubt
My heart is dying, and bringing me too
Looking for help, but no clue who

In my chest is a black hole
and it's taking it's toll
day after day, I'm worse and worse
pretty soon I'll be in the hearse

Finally have the break I wanted
and forget all those who taunted
just give in, and never look back
all I want, is to this pain lack
