A Walk Along the Beach

I take a walk along the beach
On this divine day
The waves crash up, upon the shore
As children laugh and play

The sun shines bright in the sky
And the waves crash between my toes
The warm sand gets stuck everywhere
As the crisp air calmly blows

The sun glows upon my skin
As along the beach I stroll
But everything must come to an end
For now it is time to go home
