Happy feelings is like
when you finally get the person of your dreams, whom you've been waiting for, dying for/
that one light that shines bright,
making everything right, the type that you would do anything for/
call on the phone for late night early morning conversations just to hear her voice/
text messaging back & fourth from being stuck at work, fingers feeling numb from pressing buttons on the phone because you have no choice/
when the clock strikes punch out time, rushing out the door saying bye to no one/
playing speed racer in the streets, switching lane to lane just to get to her house cause you miss her so much, calling her on the phone telling her to come down stairs greeting her with a rose hugs & kisses and so on/
her eyes sparkle with a glittery glow/
hair down passed her shoulders, mahogany skin dark brown eyes connect face to face as words flow/
saying I love you, I love you back while the day becomes night/
don't leave until the bright lights of the sunrise evades your face and starting a new day remembering what happy feelings is like/
