Questions

by bonnie   Aug 28, 2006

Why should i still love you,
When everything you do is wrong,
While were still humming the same tune,
But singing a different song,

You give me everything i want,
But nothing that i need,
What basis is this for a relationship,
How is it meant to succeed,

I feel as though I'm no good for you,
When it's probably the other way round,
I deserve so much better than this,
However that may sound,

I have tried to tell you,
So many times before,
But still nothing changes,
What do i bother for,

I'm getting sick of making good,
Of all we might have,
I'm coming to the end,
And its driving me mad,

You don't realise what your doing,
And to me - that is worse,
Why cant you understand,
How much this all hurts,

I ask myself a question,
How do i feel inside,
The answer is - i don't know,
I thought love was supposed to be blind,

I blame you for the way i feel,
Whether its your fault or not,
Ive felt like this for so long now,
The real reason - i have forgot,

I don't know how to solve this,
Without losing everything we have,
But i think its going that way anyway,
Maybe well both be glad,

However things turn out,
It cant be worse than this,
Or maybe this bad patch,
seems bleaker than it really is,

But i cant help questioning ,
What were really doing here,
Are we together because we want to be,
Or are we together out of fear?
