What is the essence of life

by Krissy   Aug 29, 2006

What is the essence of life?
Thought about, but the mystery is yet to be right.

It flashes before your eyes,
the present becomes the past,
and the future becomes deliberately,
all you have.

Continuously the days go by.
Sadly, life becomes a decomposing attraction that is essentially shy.

Emotions fill the air,
and what happens next, can only compare.

The days become memories,
that cannot be taken back.
Bad, or good,
itâ??s not fiction,
but generously a fact.

So what is the essence of life?
Possibly, itâ??s self explanatory,
just a creative story that your hands write.

Completed by your eyes,
dotted by the smiles,
and tears,
that you cry.
