i reach out for hand
to guide me through my life
to teach me how to grow strong
and learn to do things right.

Guide me through my mistakes
and hold my hand when i cry
ill do whatever it takes
for you to stick by my side.

Right now,
i need you more than ever
cause my heart's dying as you see
these tears are shattered across the floor
somethings killing me!

Dear God,
please take care of my grandmother
cause now she's in your hands
she'll always be with me but her soul slipped away like sand.

Tell her that i love her
and she'll always be in my heart,
tell her that i miss her
and we'll never rip apart.

I keep her picture in my room
just so i can see her face
i keep all the memories i have of her in a special place.

God tell her that i love her
and take care of her for me
cause the memory of her is all i have
in this piece of me.
