Mind Against Heart

Everyday I ask myself if I'm making the right choices, the right decisions. My heart knows I love you. But my mind has been through so much, it tells me no. It tells me that it's all to perfect, that nothing so wonderful can come without a price. But the more my mind fights the more my heart fights back.Reminding me why I love you, reminding me of all we've been through. Then I hear the phone and picking it up to say hello, I hear your sweet voice say "hey hun" that's when I know, we're meant to be, no matter what my mind says, my heart will always win.
