Five Passengers

by broken reflection   Sep 2, 2006

Raining, raining,
Faster, faster,
Closer, closer,
To the end:
A sharp turn,
Around a bend,
People, bleed,
Car, burn...
Sirens sound,
Bodies found,
Glass reflects,
A broken image,
Of four deaths;
One soul survivor,
Of this tragic night,
The paramedics won the fight,
And saved her!
Dreaming, Dreaming,
Nightmares, Nightmares,
Closer, Closer,
To depression;
Questions she asks,
Answer she gives,
A life no wanted to be lived,
Set to complete a deadly task...
Thoughts, why?
Replies, how?
She cuts,
She bleeds,
She sees... a light,
Blinding her so bright,
Reaching out towards four silhouettes...
They reach back:

Five passengers never to forget

This is for my writing assignment, hopefully it's good enough!
