Friends

by Esther   Sep 10, 2006

For ever we remain united as one,
Remember the time that has not gone,
Inside of us we all have a heart,
Each one different to set us apart,
Never the less it does not matter,
Do you think it's like a golden platter,
So together we remain united as one,

For the rest of the time that has not gone!

If you look the word friend is written down the side like some of my other poems!

I love these two lines. Confusing yet meaningful. Very nice.

Also, the 'friends down the side' thing works surprisingly well. Usually when that technique is tried you can tell they used specific words to get it to work, but in this one it all works well.
