My Gurls

by LoveYourMan   Sep 10, 2006

My gurls, well theres so much to tell!
I could tell you the normal they caught me when i fell.

But theres so much more to our friendship then that.
For her b-day i wanted to get her the thing she wanted most,a cat.
For my other bestest gurl it would be a softball bat.

Theres so many ways to describe friendship.
But ours none of them fit.
To find one,i might have to sleep on it for a bit.

Its scary to think our friendship may have a end.
But i wont let that happen, maybe just a bend.

We have been best friends since we we\'re four.
And after all those years of fun.i promise there will be more.

But lets think back to all the places we played.
And how much fun we had with the pretend games we made.

We played Indians with tepees and mud pies.
And painted mud covered rocks with washable dyes.

We pretended we were sisters, and lived on our own.
And stayed up talking till the morning light had shown.

We would sneak to the kitchen for snacks in the middle of the night.
We always got caught, our parents would say \" go to sleep its almost light\".

We still laugh about those letters we wrote to the boys we liked when we were seven.
We never did give it o them, and you still have those blonde highlights you got when we were eleven.

I kinda miss the old days when we were little.
We didnt worry as much, we played from sun up,to sun down never stoping in the middle.

We\'re not all grow up yet, still have some mistakes to make.
Lets all stick together, for our own sake.

Not a mountain or a ocean could keep me away when you need me.
You two have done so much for me, its the least i could do,you see.

I love and care about you guys so much, thats why i sat down and wrote this,
You guys give me a reason to sing, and for that i\'ll blow you a kiss.

And YES!,softball gurl your boyfriend loves you and he always will.
And to my kitty cat gurl,as for your secret love, everything will end up well.

Because you two deserve the best.
And for us to all have each other we are truly blessed.
