Cant stop eating

I eat because im depressed, im depressed because I eat

Its just a vicious circle that I cant seem to beat

My weight is creeping up ,every single day

So I eat more and more, helps the frustration go away

Then because iv just pigged out I feel guilty and shame

So I turn to the food and the circle starts again
