A Moment

When you think about 9/11,
You can't help but think of all the wonderful people now in heaven.

Some gave their lives so we can be free,
Others didn't even get a chance to flee.

It is a sad day around the world,
Whether you are wealthy or poor.

Our hearts go out to all that survived,
Along with the ones who are now not alive.

In a world filled with lots of hatred and disgrace,
We all are able to come together on this day to embrace.

So please take a moment out of your day,
For a moment of silence to remember all who lost their way!
