Bottled up inside
Are the words i never said
The feelings that i hide
The lines you never read

You can see it in my eyes
You can read it on my face
Trapped inside are lies

Of the past i can\'t replace
With memories that linger
Won\'t seem to go away
Why can\'t i be happier?

Todays a brand new day
Yesterdays are over
Even tough the hurtings not
Nothing last forever

I must cherish what i've got
Dont take my love for granted
For soon it will be gone
All you ever wanted

Was the love you thought youd won
The hurt im feeling now
Wont disappear overnight
But someday, somehow

Everything will turn out all right
No more wishing for the past
It wasen\'t ment to be
It didn\'t seem to last
So i have to set him free

    I like this poem. It shows alot of emotion. I can relate to it when you said "With memories that linger
    Won't seem to go away
    Why can't i be happier?" I mean I always used to linger on memories most of which were bad. Then I realized that I cant be happier if I'm stuck thinking bout the past. Sometimes you just need to move on.

    I really liked it seems to tell alot of the feeling that u have and that alot of other people have. cause some people cant come out and say what they want
