Pain and Frustration

It claws at my heart
Like a rabid beast.
It creeps it's hands around my lungs,
It brings tears to my eyes
Every hour that passes,
Every day that elapses,
It tears at me with greater force.
It chases me away from all my happiness
And lures me into a hole of loneliness and hate.
They call it pain and frustration.
Such a bitter enemy to me.
