A Torn Petal of Jasmin(e)

by Liam   Sep 18, 2006

Echoes of grief resonates through a pitch black night
Trails of sadness marks every inch of the way
Feels like the moon is in an eternal eclipse
And not a ray of light will be seen starting today to oblivion
But everyone knows that a roads leads to somewhere
Somewhere I can't comprehend with my weak heart
All I know is that faith moves me to still trek this street of hurts and pains
Knowing that there's still hope beyond this avenue of bitterness
And there I see, a torn petal of Jasmin(e) lying beautifully on the floor
I picked it up so carefully Co's it's so cute and pretty
I held it like nothing else in this world
So if permitted, there is something I want to ask to this torn petal of Jasmin(e) of mine
And that is, can I keep you and be mine?
