An Eternity in Heaven

by Leah   Sep 20, 2006

The gods are crying tears of ice
and its falling over my face like rain
cutting my battered skin precise,
and every tear takes the shape of pain.

Here's another thunderous tear
to burn in the heat of my crimson heart, flesh ripped upon humanity, there's nothing left to tare apart.

A deep unfinished mental portal
in the essence of a personality
is a girl that's lit on the devils fire
in the celebration of her immortality

Here's to all the angels mercy
suffocate in her unconditional sadness, no one's there to let her free, from the heartbreak of a kiss.

A girl with rotting wings and tears
a girl stuck in an agonistic weep
and she re lives all of her fears
each time her tender souls in sleep.

So let him caress her with affection
she knows that he will never leave
he's her utter most resurrection
for in his essence her tears freeze.

So let him caress her with affection
she knows that he will never part
for he's her careless ressurection
and he's the grave inside her heart.

So let him caress her with affection
she knows that he will never leave
he makes her aware of her perfection, and in his essence she cannot grieve.

And in this mortal body
there are limitations of where she can run, for she's suppose to meet him in heaven, and dry his tears with the lips of the sun.

And in this mortal body
there are limitations of where she can run, for she's suppose to meet him for a kiss beneath the sun.

And she still wishes she were mortal now and then, but they'll make love for eternity, in heaven.
