My Black hole.

by tanya fenton   Sep 22, 2006

A black hole fills my mind
Whirling into a wave of unknown emotion,
They all tell me no
Yet they seem to in a foreign language.

A punch to the chest,
Like nothing could hurt more.
My body shaking with thought,
None of which are comprehending to me.

I should tell him to go
I should tell him no
I should say I agree with her
I should say to her I will.

It's like a fork in a road
One thats smooth
One thats rough
I'm stuck at the beginning
And my heart is trailing down a rough path.

I tell him I don't care,
But I know thats a lie.
I wanna tell him to stop,
But I'm afraid he will leave.

A long burning question
too many answers
No evidence of their consequences.

I'm at the fork thinking about my choice
And my mind is forced into the black hole.
