Who Are You?

by Ashley   Sep 22, 2006

Why do you do it to yourself?
Do you think it makes you cooler?
I see the pain in your dads eyes,
All he wants is for your grades to rise,
And for you to live a happy and healthy life,
is that too much to ask?
It hurts everyone who loves you,
To see you live your life this way.
When we were younger,
I looked up to you,
You were like a big brother to me,
How could u let this be?
Why not help yourself?
Please not just for your family but for everyone.
Especially your dad,
He loves you so much,
Everyday, Everyday,
Your hurting him so much,
He's running out of solutions,
He doesn't know what to do,
Not only is it hurting him,
It's hurting me to.
I can't believe what your doing to yourself,
You know everyday,
I think about you,
I wish I knew what to do,
Is there anyway I can help?
The bond between us is slipping,
When we were growing up,
I almost felt like we were brother and sister,
We were so close,
I looked up to you,
I never knew you would go this way,
I try to hate you for it,
But I just can't blame you for it,
I put on a smile,
When everyone talks about you,
But I feel like they can see through my disguise.
It almost makes me cry,
I hear all the time,
About people who die,
From doing the same things your doing.
Do you know how much it hurts?
To not know if when I say bye to you,
If it will be the last time,
The last time I will ever talk to you.
If something ever did happen to you,
What would I do?
Who are you?
