Loneliness Mine

by Salinity   Sep 22, 2006

Incandescent whispers
star-streaked lips
in my dreams you danced
a choreography for broken heart.

Fragile dropped shoulders
a unforgotten kiss
on moonlit streets I chanced
for a love now afar.

Montage of last April
beholding beautiful hazels
the caress of your breath
against my heaving chest.

You were my tragic angel
with a heart that gleamed like sable
if I could've gone the stretch
would we have been a lover's fable?
