This is another acrostic poem where the first letter in each line spells a word that can be read vertically and the lines tell about the wors or in this case words.

E.ndless tears decending
L.onging...
F.or what never was, what can never be

D.angerous thoughts arrising
E.ndless struggle overwhelming
S.elf-destructive tendencies creep
T.oo hard to overcome
R.ipping my worls apart
U.ntill my time is done
Counting the sins upon my skin
T.oo beautiful to show
I.n my shirt, beneath my sleeves
V.ial addiction, mutilation
E.ndlessly these sinful thoughts consume me
.....forever
