The Sweetest Guy

by Beka   Oct 2, 2006

There was this girl
There was this guy
He's so sweet
He makes her heart fly

He kissed her cheek
And led her in
She sat on a couch
He touched her chin

She left the couch
It felt so right-
Her hand in his
She held him tight.

He smiled at her
What beautiful lips
She thought as he put
His hand on her hips

He asked her to dance
Of course she said yes
They walked out to the floor
In a moment of bliss

She had to leave-
She didn't want to go.
She hugged him tight
Her face aglow

He whispered to her
"I think you're hot"
She blushed a little
And smiled a lot

She was so sad to leave
But couldn't help but smile
She was so happy
Life was finally worth while.

She left the place
And thought of him
He clouded her thinking
But her thoughts got grim

She wondered if he loved her.
She certainly loved him
No need to think twice
She knew it on a whim.

There was a problem
His age was thirty-one
He's older than her
That affected her none.

She wants him so much.
She hopes he'll be hers
She whispers to the mirror.
"I am forever yours."
