Will It End

When will it end
It's solving nothing
It is only causing pain
That is what we are getting

There's enough everyday stress
Why add an extra load
Things have gotten out of hand
Our problems seemed to explode

We have the power to stop this
Yet we act so dense
We continue with the yelling
Name calling and mean comments

I have had enough
I refuse to do this anymore
It's been going on so long
I barely remember what we were fighting for

I know we can get past this
We can sort out our differences
