How I Loathe My Life

by AshLetitia   Oct 3, 2006

Self-indulgence promotes self-hatred,
My mind obliterated into a thousand shining fragments,
My own loathing destroyed my once worshiped beliefs,
My features despised,
The mirror, unwelcoming,
Why should life provide such hardships?
Afflictions so confusing to others,
Often misunderstood,
Adversity blackening out all that was once good.
Exclusive purity.
Many 'Pity Stories' circulating such a community,
Making real sorrow so unbelievable,
Torment is inescapable,
Joy so god-damned elusive,
Why?
Should I suffer so they can seek depraved attention?
Am I so pathetic? Dying with them,
Wanting, always needing.
Oh.
How I loathe my life.
