Remembrance of My Death

by chelsey   Oct 3, 2006

Around, all around, the shadows gather.
My dread grows as the stroke of death falls against my heart.
It slays me, and darkly my
Blood drips
To the thirsty earth.
In unholy terror I cry out
While Hell approaches.
Now alone, my cascade of tears falls upon cold eyes.

This is my salvation.
