"The Pain That I've Given"

by J Avery Johnson   Mar 14, 2004

To take the pain that I've given you away.

Forsaken by lonely nights, drowning in long days.

I would do for you all that life may asks.

Crawl to the end of the earth, restore what's past.

Down on bending knees sing your favorite song.

On national T.V., admit that I was wrong...

Wrong for the hurt and pain, that I caused...

Wrong for the LOVE my dumb-ass lost.

The pain that I have given you, now holds me under.

Stormy nights, cloudy days... HEART FELT THUNDER.
