The Unicorn

I was walking deep in the woods on a magical night
When I came upon deep pool of water that is fed by an enchanted waterfall
Under the full moons light the water shimmered with a silvery light
Thats when I seen a shadow

The shadow of a wondrous vision
An angelic woman of unearthly beauty
With long golden brown flowing hair
She was walking towards the water

With her arms outstretched
Slowly going deeper and deeper into the pool
The water started churning all around her
As if encasing her entire body

Then before my unbelieving eyes
Still walking in the pool she entered the cascade of the falls
Her golden hair grew longer
As she bent to the ground under the falls

To my astonishment my wondrous vision I was so attracted to
Was then transformed, as night does to day
My heart nearly broke at the sight
Her golden brown hair, now a long mane and tail

Her pearly white skin, now a silky silvery coat
Of the most magical creature my eyes have ever seen
Stepping out of the water towards me was the mystical creature
As it went past me towards the woods it looked back as if smiling at me

Then turned again and went off into the deep dark woods
With her golden hooves and golden horn
I just stood there still in awe as that was the
First and last time I seen that UNICORN
