Used To Love You

As I hold my pillow,
To soften my cries,
Wishing that the past,
Is all stories and lies.

Time goes by slowly,
As I try to forget,
The years that we have spent,
Through the times that we have met.

I'm trying to sort the heaven,
And rearrange the stars,
Forgetting about the past,
That left the hurtful scars.

While asking myself...

Love could bring us together,
And separate us at the end,
If love is so painful,
Why do we love again.

Sometimes I'm in deep thoughts,
Wishing you were here,
To share my wonders,
And to blow away my fears.

But I know this is life
And harder I'll try,
I'll stand tall and carry on
No time to regret nor cry.

I hope after this storm,
The sun will shine through,
So I can proudly say,
