These eyes

Lost in my own demise

found yet in the darkness

my lights burning out

alone and helpless

whys it got to be this way

where'd my emotions go

right out the window

no more happiness no more joy

just sadness and pain

look into my desolate eyes

tell me what you feel

look into my lonely eyes

and tell me what you see

the pain is real the hurt i feel

theres nothing left of me

numb the pain

find a source

numb your body

is that the only cure

slowly fading out of life's grasp

questioning why it wont let me go

looking for the answers in my darkness

nothing but a knife

nothing but the blade

when it gets to the point where you don't feel

is that when you let go of everything

look into my eyes and tell me when they fade away

look into my eyes and question me of my sanity

as you spit in my face know I'm here

know i was there

know my life was something

but is now nothing worthless

look into my eyes and feel my pain

hold me in your arms and feel whats left of my burning desolate heart
