Acquisition

Prodigious houses preserving secrets, time and time again.
I sense the warmth, remaining aware that its only in my head
Indignant, detached, and unconsciously sold,
As the ending begins, the secrecy continues to be left untold
Unable to reveal,
Debating whether the memoirs are real
Continue to wonder
Day after day
Remember this notion that keeps you astray
The kiss you will give
Leaves me no reason to let you live
[And they all think I will be so deranged]
But you can never uncover those sins..
and upon every doorstop
You will never conclude
The secrecy of the inquisitor who lies within.
