In the heart of thy lover

by the pale queen of the silent night   Oct 14, 2006

In the heart of thy lover
I own no longer a shelter
In the eyes of thy lover
I am but a dead flower
His lips sealed not with my name
but of deception
He knows not thy face
or thy name
he has forgotten me
my memory is but a cold wind in midst of October
that once touched his face
but never his heart
H did smile upon my face
but never did he shed a tear
during our parting
