Its all well hidden
behind this beautiful smile
my life is forbidden
no one can know
I hide it so well
all the pain and tears

things that happen here

the good in my life
the bad wont show

the cheerful girl at school
who's pretty and popular
she's everybody's fool
because they don't know
she hides every tear

she hides the drugs and beer
the pills and the blades
the cuts aren't seen either
cuz it'll hurt her boyfriend
her friends won't know either
