Untilted Bliss Of A Nightmare

by Maybelle   Oct 17, 2006

Apparently
When blood runs cold the knife in hand
My skin goes numb
With voice echoing the nightmare man
You are, origin, from..

Sleeping, refuge from lies in which I record
My life in sweet nightmares and dreams
They live and die on my soft pillow
Obscure face, are you real?

Closely,
Shivers travel faster than your touch,
I’m caged in walls
Created by my mind, your calming hush
Lies intertwine dreams..

Creeping, taking over like a storm,
Engulfing my mind in dreamy clouds of shadow
God-like cries of rain and thunderous flashes,
Chaos, corruption, forms images that overflow.

Slowly,
The ground gives way as the dreams of the dead,
Rewinds and seeps out through the cracks,
The ground stops parting and all is revealed
The grave silence as the storm begins to relax.

Breathing, feeding, you swallow my thoughts,
The ghostly figures of all I am escape, linger,
Purpose, without- They see you and submit
But I find you, all voice escape with a mere whimper.

Completely,
Dominance, hidden material that makes you, all
What is me finds the control, you are, to obey
Trembling decisions are hesitatingly carried out
Fear of your ability is, throughout, strayed

Shifting, the levels of my mind curves
As every handful that tirelessly keeps me alive
Entwines into your open arms, that we quiver before
Becoming the bliss that terribly arrives.
