Outside World

by LifeWithout   Oct 18, 2006

Yellow and white lines
A world that can't possibly be mine

Cars driving by
A blue and white sky

Many different colours everywhere
That lead to just about anywhere

Staying inbetween the white lines
Do you really feel safe

The wind has a chill
The sun is bright

Different shaped bulidings
Over powering the outside world

Power lines and traffic lights
Give us light give us direction

People running going nowhere
Hurry the bus will come!

Stop and go, go and stop
Repeating over and over

The outside world never stays the same

If I could I'd stay inside all day and all night

To hide from people
People who only think of themselves....
