Never Be Wrong

by Katlyn   Oct 21, 2006

God forbid
If she ever was wrong
With a family like hers.
Always to hard
Always to rough
When she was ever wrong.
They punished
They yelled
They hit
And they beat
Until she understood.
She never does wrong
And only does right.
She always gets A's
Never a B or C
She comes home from school
And she gets right to work
Never a friend
And never a stray thought.
Some say shes perfect
Others say shes bright
But none know the truth
Behind her familys fake delight.
No one understands
The pain she felt
To be where she is this day.
Because she could never be wrong
And only be right
Because her family sucked.

Your really good at writing about the dark side of things.. No pun intended, lol.
I agree with paula67 on the 'you can pick your friends...' thing. Its so true.
    Well done as always
