Internet Dating

by Daniel Rutter   Oct 21, 2006

For years and years they've been around,
And been a favorite nesting ground,
For the worlds loneliest singles.
Some ending in tangles, others in tingles.

You can find love there,
But you better beware!
That cute guy Ab's of gold,
May be some pimple-faced fat guy...who's way to old!

For way to many guys and girls,
Its a way to escape life's mortal hells.
But there are guys out there that only think of getting laid,
And girls are to foolish and they're brains tend to fade.

Stupid twats, they want your ass!
They don't care about your looks, your job or your class.
But there are girls out there just looking for a buck,
that they can make off some poor nerd who's looking for a cam-f**k.

So if I were you I'd go out to your local bar,
and go practice your dating skills,
will real people, will lotsa money and fast cars.

CAUSE THERES NO SUCH THING AS LOVE AT FIRST *DATING* SITE!

Inspired by a poem I just read that was called "Love At First Site". The writer obviously made a typo...but inspired me to make poem out of it xD.

This probably the best poem I have read today. It's also very interesting how you were inspired by a typo, who'd have thought eh.

"Some ending in tangles, others in tingles." --I liked that line particularly, just because it's so creative.

The poem got progressively harsher towards internet dating, kind of neat how that worked.

    Amazing job.
