Is It Ever Right To Fight? - A Soldiers Story

by [[GLAMOROUS__x]]   Oct 21, 2006

Iâ??m supposed to have no morals,
Iâ??m not supposed to care,
But how can I let that happen,
When I see children crying everywhere.

Iâ??m supposed to get on with it,
Iâ??m supposed to pass by,
Quick and painful,
As I watch innocent people die.

How can I forget this feeling,
How can I let this go,
What am I supposed to do now,
When I want to break and say no.

Receiving orders from the boss,
Receiving the gun Iâ??m supposed to use,
Parents protecting their children,
Which am I supposed to choose.

Do I shoot the lot of them,
Or do I walk away,
I know I must do something,
But it\'s too hard to do everyday.

So tell me know what should I do?
What if it was up to you?
Why do I have to kill and spread sadness?
Please can\'t we just end this madness?
