Hurting Yourself

by Katlyn   Oct 22, 2006

You say you don't belong here,
And you want to take your life.
I cant handle the heartache
And all the pain at night.
I rely on you a lot
And my emotions are connected to yours.
With you is where my heart lies.
But with these dark thoughts
Away my heart flies.
You tell me that you don't want to live
and you don't want hurt those you love.
But how can you think this is the best
When your hurting me this night.
I don't want you to die
And leave me here alone
I want you to stay with me
And keep me safe and warm.
You think your not hurting me
With the words that you say
But you thought wrong
And you need to stop right now.
So don't take your life
And don't thinks those thoughts
Don't try to hurt yourself
Just because of some silly thoughts.

((This poem is dedicated to my best friend Dustin who is being a stupid ass for thinking the way he is thinking))

Hurting yourself is a kind of a way to deal with the pain.. it's when you hurt to far the problem starts..
A flowing poem with a message of warning.
    Brilliant rhyming

It's very painfull if someone is considering suicide, the best you can do is to be a listening ear and make him feel loved.
