It stabs you right in the heart,
to know you have to part.
I wish I could stay,
but we have to go our way.

Times have changed and so did we.
Things are not the way the used to be.
Our love was simply lost,
and cannot be brought back at any cost.

Our relationship just wasn't right,
and it wasn't because of our last fight.
Now we both need our space,
and we both have to drop this case.

I'm sorry things had to end this way,
