I must make a choice

by Rattlehead   Oct 26, 2006

My parents are going to get divorced
Our lives set on a unstoppable crash course
I must choose where I will live
What happiness I will take and I will give
Stop playing favorites with my mind
From my parents I must cut the strings that bind
To make the right decision to make thing fair
Ether choice Will send a parent into despair
Must take a side before I can exit those court room doors
Me and my sister going to be the spoils of war
My parents I love them both a lot
But I'm going to be put on the spot
In my body a emotional strain
Sending my mind into a phenomenal pain
with this pain i will cry
Wishing this time would just pass by
I must make a choice what to gain and what to lose
This choice a never fading bruise
