The Summer's Come

by Tine   Oct 29, 2006

Desperation in this room
filled with sun
screaming for attention
a cry in need for hope

Smile so filled with longing
leaves floating on a breeze
falling on the ground
suddenly all alone

hunted by a fading dream
keeping you away from sleep
as the day goes
and the night begins

a shade on water surface
troubling the calmth
of everything
showing the agony on his face

You lay asleep
upon this bed of twigs
unknowing of all
nobody notices you but me

It lasted for a tear
upon a snowy field
but now it has gone
leaving you in dispair

You don't seem to know
what's happening now
you sleep so tightly
I hope you'll be awoken

Summer has gone
and comes again
to show this land of hope
what it's living for
