Nothing is done part 2

by Len   Nov 3, 2006

The school bell rings and all the kids leave
They want to go home with great plans up their sleeve
But she hangs around and finds a hidden place
She hides in the corner with hair on her face

The school soon closes and she staggers away
Each step hoping today would be the day
A car will swerve and and do not miss
something to happen to not make her his

Pondering the outcome of walking into the road
And have the cars take away her load
But no such luck today, she is at her front door
as a knot fills in her stomach and she dies a little more

She opens the doors and runs to her room
hoping and wishing no one saw her come in
Door locked tight she pray he won't come in tonight
she lays in her bed eyes open with fright

As a light in he hall turns on so bright
her body tenses with sweats of fear and fright
she knows he is coming, but nothing she can do
cause he will come closer and will walk right through

A cop is outside the door, must have waited all night
Waiting for his daughter to be in his sight
She lays in silent, wishing he did not hear her
But the silent will not help, he knows she's here

He flings the door open she runs to hide
begging and pleading while she's pinned on the side
It doesn't matter because he's already upset
and whatever she says will just get him more upset

No matter her motion no matter her cries
he'll beat her and beat her till he gets what he needs
And her voice that is fighting will crumple and die
as he does what he wants and she cries her dreadful cries

When she awake she'll be on the floor
hugging herself shaking, fearing of more
But he won't come back he never will
because for tonight there is nothing left to kill
