Loving you; loving me

by Emma Brown   Nov 13, 2006

Loving you is easy;
It comes naturally to me.
I love you more than anything;
Please do not leave me.

Loving me is hard.
I do not make it fun.
You say you love me more than anything;
And our Love has just begun.

Love for you and me;
I know it is not great
But I believe in us:
I think we are fate.

It has never been perfect;
but it is getting there.
I am only writing this
Because you wrote one; it is only fair.

We have had our share or arguments,
But those we need to forget;
Because we have both said and done things
That we regret.

This is my apology;
I hope you take it to heart.
I never want to leave you;
I could not live if we were apart.

    It's not that I don't like that part, but I find it strange it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the poem.

    you could use the word begun.
    like : You say you love me more than anything;
    while it only just begun...or something like that.

    but anyway I would like to say again I really like this poem;) it's one of my favorites.
    oh and thanks for the comment!

    the end :
    This is my apology;
    I hope you take it to heart.
    I never want to leave you;
    I could not live if we were apart.
