In that stanza I am not sure why you yearn for doubt. It almost sounded like you were just trying to rhyme with "out". I don't think the meaning was clear there.

As far as the rest of the poem, it was really great! I liked that the stanzas were short and sweet yet packed with meaning. For instance a fav stanza of mine is,
we say mean things
we swore we meant
then take it back
but leave the dents

That left such an imprint on my mind. A great use of simple words. I like poems like that...they are simple yet profound. Great job!

I liked the short stanzas here. It really made the poem flow well and worked in its favour. Really good job.
