The Arousing Cadavers (under revision)

by Kalgalath   Nov 14, 2006

As the moon climbs up the sky,
Everything begins to glow
It would be unwise,
To walk too slow

The cadavers arouse,
When the moon ascends
Then they douse,
Everything in sin

Bloody the be,
With bodies misshapen
The cannot see,
Yet they still have a grin

They are like ashes,
They don't hold together
They have lashes,
Made of leather

They start towards me,
As I stand
They say we,
Shall soon be grand

There is a woman,
Standing near
I lean closer,
And whisper in her ear

You need to leave
Get away
I don't believe,
That you should stay

The cadavers will have you,
It won't be pleasant
You will be slew,
And be given as a present

To the one they call lord,
To the one they bow down before
You will be part of his horde,
And forever be sore
