The night is for sleeping

by RaNdOmRoB   Nov 15, 2006

The night is for sleeping, but here I lie awake, I'm wondering what decision what choice I'm about to make.
I cant sleep so I get up and take a good look around. I strain my ears for any distant sound.
I walk along the carpet and along the creaking stairs.
I walk through the front door and into the cold air.
I walk around the corner and walk past a shop.
but when I saw what it had in there I came to a stop.
In the window something gave ,e such a fright a scared young boy looking straight at me.
I noticed my reflection. my giving its final plea.
In my heart i feel a flowing like none before.
and before i knew it i was again at my bedroom door.
I run inside. and snuggle tight inside my bed.
and i felt right now my legs were made of lead.
