A lost dove...

I flew on with my tired wings;
All alone on this journey;
Thru the merciless storm;
and the falling rain;
The dark skies,
the unfriendly thunder;
And an old ailing albatross
Was my only company;
On this fearful flight;

I am cold and drenched;
But giving up was not an option;
I carried on flying...
Against all odds and dangers;
The albatross told me;
On his last breath;
That my love for my family;
Shall steer me home...
I saw the old albatross fell down
Unto the heart of the deep ocean;

My instincts have deserted me,
I am disturbed but I flew on;
The angry eyes of the ocean warned me;
The strong wind gazed at me;
With no mercy;
I am lost but still seeking
My way home...
I need my life,
I need to survive...
Mighty wind allow
me to glaze on you,
Will you take me home...
To my nest across the ocean ...
