The Real You

by Lydia   Nov 21, 2006

The Gossip you know lies under your tongue
The real you is becoming undone
The words you didn't want to be heard have been spoken
The popularity you had has shrunken
Your perfect life has broken
They pull back the curtain of your lies and see what you really are
They aren't fooled by your disguise
And how is it a surprise to you that they don't care about your outcries?
They imply the way they feel about you not being real
You puzzle them
They thought you had morals
You lost your jewels
