Even though you've gone to heaven,

You've been my best friend for nearly 4 years.

We tried and tried to help,
but we were fighting a losing battle.
We never gave up,
Even though we knew it wouldn't do much.

No-one else seemed to care,
It doesn't matter to anyone else until your gone,
but to those of us who held you close to our hearts,
No-one else mattered but you.

Never forget your dreams, love,
Yet you were dead at only 16.
Taken from us in the most painful way,
You lost your dreams.

You had tried before,
but failed,
and for that I am grateful.
I wouldn't have had the friend the I had if it wasn't for you.
You made me who I am today.

We've been through so much together,
I can't believe you've gone forever.
I promise we'll be together again,
